A path to freedom
A pause and see what one has been thinking
A challenge and an opportunity
A stopping of one’s internal suffering
A choice to heal our thoughts by catching negative ones
A mental re-balancing
A connection to self and soul
A surrender to the moment
A chance to acceptance what is
A moment to just be.
Self-reflection Question:
When you meditate, what do you meditate on? The breath? A mantra? Candle?
Or do you tend to decompress and just notice what you are thinking or contemplate?
Why do you need to meditate? (What’s your motive or reasons?)
